We accept these forms of payment

  1. We have a no return policy.  We need this policy to protect our farm, and to assure future customers, like you, of their koi's health.  We will, however, help anyone in finding a home for their koi, regardless of the reason, including in an emergency.
  2. Holding a koi for up to 30 days after the time of purchase requires a 50% deposit.  If the koi is not picked up by the end of the 30th. day, the koi will be returned to inventory for sale to the next availiable customer.  The deposit will be returned, less a 10% restocking fee.  If the customer decides within 30 days not to proceed with the purchase, the deposit will be returned, less a 10% restocking fee.
  3. Koi examination and pond consultation are subject to a $65 hourly rate, plus travel expenses.
